From the back of the card:

"Hail and blessed by the hour and moment in which the son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary, at midnight, in Bethlehem, in piercing cold.  In that hour vouchsafe, O my God! to hear my prayer and grand my desires, through the merits of Our Saviour Jesus Christ..."

According to this card, this old prayer may be recited fifteen times every day from the feast of St. Andrew (November 30th) to Christmas to receive a request.  This card is not laminated.
