Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To you do we cry poor banished children of Eve, to you do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of your womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary! Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ -

Let us pray

O God, whose only begotten Son, by His life, death and resurrection has purchased for us the reward of eternal life, grant we beseech you, that meditating upon these mysteries of the most holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary we may imitate what they contain and obtain what they promise, through the same Christ, our Lord. Chaplet of Divine Mercy

You expired, Jesus but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelope the whole world and empty Yourself out upon us:

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of mercy for us, I trust in You! (repeat 3X for the worse sinner you know)

Begin Chaplet with the Our Father, the Hail Mary, and the Apostle Creed:

OUR FATHER who art in heaven hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.Amen

HAIL MARY full of grace the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.Amen

APOSTLES’ CREED: I believe in God, the Father almight, Creator of heaven and earth, I believe in Jesus Christ, His only son, our Lord He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, And born of the Virgin Mary, He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen

Then on the large bead before each decade:

Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your dearly beloved Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

On the ten small beads of each decade, say: For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Conclude with: (saying it 3X) Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world

Closing Prayer (optional): Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion, inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

An Act of Consecration:

O Jesus, our Divine Mercy, I consecrate my entire life, from this day on to you without reserve. Into Your hands, I abandon my past, my present and my future. Make Your Divine Mercy Image protect my home and my family, from all powers of evil in this world today. May all who venerate it may never perish. May it be their joy in life, their hope in death and their glory in Eternity. Amen
