Q. Is everything that you have in your store on your web site?

A. No. Our in-store inventory includes thousands of items, and only a portion of this is displayed on our web site. We are continually increasing the amount of items displayed on-line. If you are searching for a particular item, you can e-mail us or call us.

Q. Are all your books faithful to official Church teachings?

A. Yes! To sell books in line with Church teachings was actually the original idea behind the store years ago. Owner Kathleen Virnig screens all the books she considers selling before she sells them.

Q. Do you take special orders?

A. We do take special orders, but we may set a minimum purchasing quantity on certain items (such as uncommon holy cards). Also, because of the nature of special orders, they are not returnable (except for defects in workmanship). Feel free to contact us for more details.

Q. How long will shipping take?

A. Orders for books, medals, holy cards, and other items that we have continually in stock are normally shipped out within 24 hours and should arrive at your chosen destination between a couple of days to two weeks in the continental U.S. Specialty items and items that we do not usually keep in stock may take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.  Most orders over $10 are shipped out via U.S. Priority Mail, which usually takes 2 to 3 days for delivery.  Smaller orders are usually shipped via U.S. First Class Mail, which usually takes 5 to 7 days.

Q. May I use Express shipping?

A. On orders where it is available, we can send your order out via U.S. Express Mail, which can get to your location overnight.  Please indicate this on the order form when you order (you'll see an area for special instructions) and we'll e-mail you (or call you) with the cost of any extra shipping charges.  For best service, please give us a call at 1-800-813-9016 so that we can help you out. 

Q. Do you take international orders?

A. Yes! We will have to add extra shipping onto the order manually since the electronic shopping cart we use is automatically configured to charge a specific amount based on U.S. rates. If you make an international order, we will notify you as to the correct shipping charge once we weigh the merchandise. Please note that we require payment in US dollars. This can easily be done by paying with a credit card or with a money order.

Q. Can you tell me more information on product X, Y, or Z that you have featured on your site?

A. We would be happy to give you more information on products on our site where we can. We realize that the problem with shopping for products online is that you cannot view the item in person, so if you have a question about something, please ask us.

Q. Do you distribute customer information to anyone else?

A. No! Archangelbooks.com values privacy and dislikes spam, junk mail and calls as much as the next person! We do not sell, give, or distribute your information to anyone else.
